Intensified collaborations and innovative solutions are the ways forward for the DA-Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC) and Visayas State University

(VSU) after DA-PCC's Executive Director, Dr. Liza G. Battad, and DA-PCC at VSU Center Director, Dr. Francisco Gabunada Jr. met with the newly elected president of VSU, Dr. Prose Ivy Guasa-Yepes, on March 12, 2024, at Southern Leyte State University, Sogod, Southern Leyte.

The three leaders underscored the commitment and support to the programs and projects of DA-PCC and VSU and identified possible areas where the two institutions can collaborate and create transformations in the region.
