Ang mga paksa ay (1) Calving Management, (2) Best Practices in Artificial Insemination and Breeding, (3) Forage Production and Conservation, (4) Kwento at Kwenta sa Kalabawan ni Juan, (5) Artificial Insemination and Pregnancy Diagnosis in Large Ruminants (6) Basic Financial Management in Buffalo Dairy Business, (7) Wastong Paraan ng Paggagatas at Pangangasiwa ng Aning Gatas, (8) Hygienic Milking Practices Along the Value Chain, at (9) Mga Karaniwang Sakit ng Kalabaw (na nahati sa dalawang bahagi), (10) Proper Housing for Calves and Adults, (11) Feeding Management for Buffaloes, at (12) PCC Animal Health Program and Laboratory Services. Kabilang sa mga naging tagapagsalita ay sina Dr. Marvin Villanueva, Senior Science Research Specialist; Dr. Edwin Atabay, Scientist I; Dr. Daniel Aquino, isang eksperto sa larangan ng animal nutrition; Dr. Peregrino Duran, Scientist I; Pauline Maramag, Financial Analyst, Mina Abella, head ng Carabao Enterprise Development Section, at Leoncio Callo, isang progressive farmer at dating Chairman ng isang cooperatiba, Dr. Daryl Dela Cruz, Science Research Specialist I, Engr.
