Unang Dairy Box sa Bataan, nagbukas sa Dinalupihan Dec 2021 CaraBalitaan Dairy Box, Dinalupihan By Christine Helen Adriano DA-PCC sa CLSU—Ang una sa dalawang Dairy Box sa lalawigan ng Bataan ay pormal nang binuksan at ipinagkaloob ng DA-PCC sa Central Luzon State University (DA-PCC sa CLSU) sa mga miyembro ng Makabagong Agrikultura ng Dinalupihan Marketing Cooperative (MA-DMC) sa Brgy. San Ramon, Com-mon Terminal, Dinalupihan, Bataan noong Nobyembre 11. Makabagong Agrikultura ng Dinalupihan Marketing Cooperative (MA-DMC) pinagkalooban ng Dairy Box and processing facility. Ang Dairy Box ay naglalayong suportahan ang ating mga lokal na magsasaka sa pagkakalabawan na i-market ang kanilang mga produktong gatas at karne upang mapa-unlad ang kanilang pamumuhay. Kasama ito sa Carabao-based Business Improvement Network (CBIN) Project na pinondohan ng Office of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food, and Agrarian Reform Chairperson Senator Cynthia Villar sa tulong ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Dinalupihan, Bataan. Ang turn-over ceremony ay pinangunahan nina DA-PCC Deputy Executive Director for Production and Research Dr. Claro Mingala, DA-PCC sa CLSU Center Director Dr. Ericson Dela Cruz, Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Alberto Venturina, Regional Livestock Coordinator Elisa Mallari, at Municipal Mayor Maria Angela Garcia. Binigyang-diin ni Senator Villar sa kanyang virtual na mensahe ang kahalagahan ng industriya ng pagkakalabaw sa bansa. Sinabi niyang handang magbigay ang kanyang tanggapan ng pondo para sa mga parehong proyekto upang madagdagan ang bilang ng mga nag-aalaga ng kalabaw at maitatag ang mga pasilidad sa pagpoproseso ng gatas upang makapag-ambag sa sa milk feeding program. “Sana ang ibang Dairy Box na pasisinayaan ay makatulong sa mamamayan ng Dinalupihan at sa mga miyembro ng mga kooperatiba,” pagtatapos nito. Ang mga produktong mabibili sa Dairy Box ng Dinalupihan ay lacto juice, choco, pasteurized, yogurt, pastillas, polvoron, at soft ice cream. Available din dito ang mga produktong karne tulad ng tocino, papaitan, at tapa. Ang tindahan ay bukas sa publiko araw-araw mula 6 a.m. hanggang 7 p.m.
