Ito ay isinagawa ng DA-PCC sa Visayas State University (VSU) na pinangunahan ni officer-in-charge Dr. Ivy Fe Lopez at BDC noong Agosto 6. “Nalipay mig dako na aktibo atong Baybay Dairy Cooperative. Ipinaabot naman ni Gabriel Modina, BDC chairman, sa DA-PCC sa VSU ang pasasalamat sa oportunidad na natanggap at sinabing hindi nila sasayangin ang suporta ng ahensiya sa kanilang kooperatiba. Nagkaroon ng isang oryentasyon sa Dairy Buffalo Management na pinamunuan ni Andres Amihan, Jr., Farm Superintendent II ng DA-PCC sa VSU, kung saan tinalakay niya ang wastong pangangalaga at pamamahala ng kalabaw. Bahagi ng oryentasyon ang demonstrasyon kung paano gamitin ang milking machine at pamamahagi nito sa mga miyembro ng BDC bilang bahagi ng Shared Service Facility ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI-VIII). Dumalo rin sa entrustment si Mayor Jose Carlos Cari, piling kawani ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Baybay City at kawani ng DA-PCC sa VSU. Ibinahagi ni Mayor Cari ang kanyang sariling mga paraan o proseso sa paggawa ng mga produktong galing sa kalabaw. Ang benepisyaryong miyembro ng BDC ay mula sa mga barangay ng Biasong, San Agustin, Kabalasan, Hipungo, Pangasugan, at Santa Cruz. Sa DA-PCC cooperative conduit scheme, ang ahensiya ay magkakaloob ng mga purebred buffaloes sa isang kooperatiba.
