Nasa 9,100 sachets ng 200 ml pasteurized chocolate carabao’s milk ang isinuplay ng BDC para sa unang apat na araw ng programa sa 10 distrito ng mababang paaralan ng Baybay City. Ilang araw bago ang nasabing programa, nagsagawa ang BCDO kasama ang DA-PCC sa VSU ng mga orientations at seminars tungkol sa proper milk handling protocol na nilahukan ng mga school heads, miyembro ng Parent and Teachers Association (PTA), at feeding program coordinators ng mga paaralan. Dahil sa pandemya, iba’t ibang istratehiya ang ginawa ng mga paaralan upang matugunan ang pangangailangang pangnutrisyon ng mga piling batang benipisyaryo ng programa, na naitalang severely wasted. Ayon kay Araneta, may mga paaralan na isinasabay ang pagbibigay ng milk sachets sa mga modules ng mga bata at mayroon din namang sumusunod sa schedule ng pagkuha ng milk sachets. Samantala, ikinonsidera rin ng BCDO ang mga batang may lactose intolerance kung kaya’t kinukuhanan din nila ang mga magulang nito ng pahintulot bago isagawa ang milk feeding. Para naman sa BDC, itinuturing nilang malaking tulong ang maging bahagi ng School-based Milk Feeding Program dahil hindi lang sila nakatutulong sa pagsulong ng nutrisyon ng mga kabataan, bagkus ay nagsisilbing oportunidad din ito para magkaroon sila ng siguradong merkado para sa kanilang aning gatas ng kalabaw. Naganap noong Hulyo 16 ang paglalagda ng memorandum of agreement sa pagitan ng BCDO at DA-PCC sa VSU para sa implementasyon ng SBMFP.
