DA-PCC commemorates 123rd Independence Day Jun 2021 Bubalus By Chamanei Elias The DA-PCC family commemorates the 123rd Philippine Independence Day with the theme “Diwa ng Kalayaan sa Pagkakaisa at Paghilom ng Bayan” today at the PCC grounds. DA-PCC top ranking officials and employees donned their Barong Tagalog and Filipiniana for the event. In his message, Dr. Claro Mingala, Deputy Executive Director for Production and Research, said employees of the government are encouraged not only to remember what history has taught us but to also exercise patriotism and nationalism in public service. He underscored unity and cooperation as key to propelling the agency toward innovation and advancement despite the pandemic. DA-PCC top ranking officials and employees donned their Barong Tagalog and Filipiniana for the event. Also joining the simple celebration in their respective offices were the agency’s regional centers.
