Carapreneurs tumanggap ng PHP4.6 milyon na loan para sa negosyong pagkakalabawan Oct 2021 CaraBalitaan NCC7, SulongKakalabawan, ALAB-Karbawan, CBED, CBIN, Loan By Dine Yve Daganos DA-PCC-NHQGP—Tumanggap kamakailan ng paumpisang puhunan para sa negosyong pagkakala-bawan na nagkakahalaga ng PHP4,617,000 milyon ang 38 na magkakalabaw sa Nueva Ecija. Pormal nang ibinigay ng New Rural Bank of San Leonardo (NRBSL) Incorporated ang loan para sa mga magkakalabaw ng Nueva Ecija sa ginanap na ceremonial awarding noong Oktubre sa DA-PCC. Pinangunahan ito ng pangulo ng banko na si Abundio Quililan Jr. kasama ang senior vice president nito na si Marcelo Jampil, DA-PCC OIC Exec. Dir. na si Dr. Ronnie Domingo at ilang mga benepisyaryo. Pinondohan ito ng New Rural Bank of San Leonardo (NRBSL) Incorporated, Nueva Ecija sa pag-endorso ng DA-Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC). Ang ceremonial awarding ng cheque ay ginawa sa DA-PCC noong Oktubre 26 kasabay ng pagdiriwang nito ng 7th National Carabao Conference. Dumalo sa seremonya ang pangulo ng banko na si Abundio Quililan Jr. kasama ang senior vice president nito na si Marcelo Jampil, Vice President for Marketing and Relationship Banking Group Liza Ison, at Vice President and Group Head for Accounting Management Support and Corporate Planning Group na si Jubailene Bulawit. Ang nasabing halaga ay isang loan mula sa DA-Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) Agri-Negosyo Loan Program (ANYO). Gagamitin itong pambili ng karagdagang kalabaw, pagpapagawa ng maayos na kural, at iba pang kakailanganin para sa negosyong pagkakalabawan. Ang programang ACPC ANYO ay nagpapautang ng kapital na walang karagdagang interes sa mga farmers’ cooperatives and associations (FCAs), at agri-fishery-based micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Naglalayon itong masuportahan ang mga magsasaka at mangingisda sa kanilang pang araw-araw na operasyon. Bahagi ito ng layunin ng DA na isulong ang food security sa bansa at mabawasan ang mataas na presyo ng mga produktong agrikultura.
