Paguyu. Ito ay tinanggap nina DAPCC OIC Center Director Dr. Rovina R. Piñera at DAPCC OIC Executive Director Dr. Ronnie D. Domingo. Busania, RTD for Research and Regulatory Rosemary G. Aquino, Campus Executive Officer CSU-Piat campus Vicente Binasoy, at dating DA-PCC sa CSU Center Director Prof. Franklin T. Rellin. Binigyang-diin ni Prof. Rellin na hawak din ng ahensya ang ISO 9001:2015 o quality management system sa loob ng anim na taon at siya rin ang unang Livestock R&D agency na sertipikadong sumusunod sa Animal Welfare Act (AWA). “Ano ang nag-udyok sa DA-PCC sa CSU na magkaroon ng GAHP certification? Nagsimula ang pananaw na ito sa isa sa mga Program Management Committee meetings na ginanap sa pambansang punongtanggapan ng DA-PCC sa Nueva Ecija noong 2010 kung saan sinabi ni Dr. Libertado Cruz, dating executive director ng DA-PCC, na nais niyang maging isang worldclass na ahensya, sabi ko: Kayang-kaya natin 'yan,” pagsasalaysay ni Rellin . Ang GAHP Certification Program ang titiyak na ang mga produktong galing sa mga hayop ay may kalidad, malinis at ligtas para sa mga konsumer. Maliban dito, sinisiguro ng ahensya ang magandang kalusugan ng mga hayop at ang mga produkto at paraan ng pangangalaga sa mga ito ay hindi nakasisira sa kalikasan. Bago pa ang pormal na paghahain ng GAHP application noong March 16, 2021, dalawang taon ang ginugol ng ahensya para sa preparasyon para rito.
