Ang aming layunin ay upang i-optimize ang kahusayan sa paggawa ng gatas ng kalabaw at karne pati na rin i-promote ito para sa draft power at turismo. Sa huli, nakikita natin ang ating mga sarili na mahalaga sa pagdadala ng isang maunlad at maayos na paraan ng pamumuhay para sa lahat ng ating mga stakeholder.” Bagong Center Director ng DA-PCC sa LCSF, ipinakilala Ito ang pangarap ng bagong hirang na Center Director ng DA-PCC sa La Carlota Stock Farm (LCSF) na si Eva C. Rom. Upang makamit ito, sinabi ni Director Rom na ipagpapatuloy niya ang mga nasimulan ng dating namumuno tulad ng pagiging maagap sa paghahatid ng mga serbisyo. Sa ilalim ng kanyang pamumuno, ang priyoridad ni Rom ay ang pataasin ang kahusayan at produksyon ng calf drop at ng gatas sa institusyonal na kawan. Bago ang kanyang appointment, si Rom ay nakikibahagi sa pagsasagawa ng mga pananaliksik. Sinuportahan din niya ang mga magsasaka sa pamamahala sa kalusugan ng hayop at carapreneurship. Tumulong siya sa mga pagsasanay para sa mga AI technicians at mga kaganapan sa pag-aaral sa kalusugan at nutrisyon ng hayop. Aktibo rin siya sa pagpapatupad ng milk feeding program. Tinapos ni Rom ang kanyang Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science sa Leyte State University noong 2002 at ang kanyang master's degree sa parehong larangan sa Visayas State University.
