Proyektong ALAB Karbawan sa Rehiyon 11, 12, sumailalim sa situation analysis para sa ‘KM interventions’ Jun 2022 CaraBalitaan Carabalitaan By Ronaline Canute DA-PCC NHQGP-Isang situational analysis ang isinagawa kasama ang mga pangunahing stakeholder at kasosyo sa pagpapatupad ng Carabao-based Business Improvement Network (CBIN) at Coconut-Carabao Development Project (CCDP) sa Rehiyon 11 at 12. Proyektong ALAB Karbawan sa Rehiyon 11, 12, sumailalim sa situation analysis para sa ‘KM interventions’ Ang “Planning-Workshop on Knowledge Management Interventions for CBIN/CCDP Projects”, na pinangasiwaan ng Knowledge Management Division ng DA-PCC, ay unang isinagawa para sa mga sites ng proyekto na sakop ng DA-PCC sa Central Luzon State University (DA-PCC sa CLSU) , DA-PCC sa West Visayas State University (DA-PCC sa WVSU), DA-PCC sa Visayas State University (DA-PCC sa VSU), at DA-PCC sa University of Southern Mindanao (DA-PCC sa USM). Para sa Rehiyon 11 at 12, kabilang sa mga isyu na natalakay ay ang standardisasyon ng mga produkto at Dairy Boxes, probisyon ng postharvest equipment, at patuloy na pag-upgrade ng mga kalabaw, at database management. Base sa mga isyung nabanggit, bubuo ang DA-PCC ng mga kaukulang gawain bilang solusyon at susundan ito ng mas pinalawak na pagpapakilala sa mga proyekto upang maengganyo ang mas marami pa na makilahok at sumuporta rito. Ang mga kasosyo ng ahensya ay nagpahayag din ng kanilang buong suporta sa proyekto sa pamamagitan ng pagtiyak na ang mga tatanggap ay tapat at masigasig na gagawin ang kanilang bahaging gawain na nakalahad sa kontrata. Bilang tugon, sinabi ni Center Director Benjamin Basilio ng DA-PCC sa USM na sila ay magsisilbing daan ng pagpapala sa mga kasosyo at mga stakeholder sa Mindanao. Ipinakita rin niya ang pangkalahatang kabuuan ng mga pag-unlad na naganap simula noong itatag ang proyekto. Ang CBIN ay pinondohan ng Office of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food, and Agrarian Reform na pinamumunuan ni Senator Cynthia Villar. Gayundin ang CCDP sa pakikipagtulungan ng DA-Philippine Coconut Authority.
