Kauna-unahang Dairy Box outlet sa Aurora Province, itatayo na Katulad ng tourism tagline nitong “Aurora Rising,” sa probinsiyang ito itatayo ang isang dairy processing plant at marketing outlet na inaasahang magiging tourist destination sa Malasin, Maria Aurora. Maliban sa mga sikat na destinasyon sa probinsiya na gaya ng Museo de Baler at Doña Aurora House, ang itatayong Dairy Box ay madaragdag sa mga “mustsee” bucket list ng mga turista. Para maging posible ito, nagkaroon ng paglagda ng Memorandum of Agreement ang Department of Agriculture-Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC), Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Aurora, at Cornerstone Training and Learning Center Corporation (CTLCC) para sa pagsasagawa ng proyekto. Ang CTLCC ay isang modelong carabaobased enterprise at isang lehitimong civil society organization na kinikilala ng DA. Sa ilalim ng nasabing kasunduan, magtutulungan ang mga partido upang tuluy-tuloy na mangyari ang mga gawaing pagbibigay ng teknikal na pagsasanay at pagbabalangkas ng mga polisiya at patakarang titiyak sa produktibong pagkakalabawan. Ayon kay Dr. Estrella Buenaventura, presidente ng CTLCC, inaasahan na ang outlet ay magbibigay ng karagdagang kabuhayan sa mga lokal. "Tatlong taon pa lang ang aming organisasyon at umaasa kami na mas titibay pa ang ating partnership para dumami pa ang pinagkukunan ng kabuhayan ng mga taga-Aurora," aniya. Nagpahayag din ng pag-asa si Gov. Gerardo Noveras na makatutulong ang proyekto na maibsan kung hindi man tuluyang maalis ang problema sa malnutrisyon ng lalawigan. Sinegundahan ito ni DA-PCC OIC Executive Director Dr. Ronnie Domingo sa kanyang tugon na ang proyekto ay hindi lamang maghahatid ng maraming oportunidad sa lalawigan kundi maiibsan din ang problema sa malnutrisyon dahil sa milk feeding program. Tiniyak din niya ang suporta ng ahensya sa CTLCC. “Aalalayan namin kayo. Tutulong kami sa patuloy na pagpapaunlad ng matatag na lahing kalabaw at kaugnay na pagnenegosyo para sa ‘Masaganang Ani at Mataas na Kita’,” aniya. Ang "Masaganang Ani at Mataas na Kita" ay ang sigaw ng Kagawaran ng Agrikultura, sa pangunguna ni Kalihim William Dar, na naglalayong mapaunlad pa ang mga Pilipinong magsasaka at mangingisda, na may layuning doblehin ang kanilang kita. Dumalo rin sina Maria Aurora Mayor Amado Genete at Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Angelo Silvestre upang saksihan ang isinagawang MOA signing. Ang aktibidad ay bahagi ng proyektong Carabao-based Business Improvement Network (CBIN), na mas kilala bilang Accelerating Livelihood Assets Buildup o ALAB Karbawan ng DA-PCC. Pinondohan ito ng Office of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food, and Agrarian Reform sa pangunguna ni Senator Cynthia Villar.
