Maraming oportunidad sa pagkakalabaw, nagbukas para sa Tupi, SoCot Ganito ang naging mainit na pagtanggap ng Tupi Integrated Agriculture Cooperative matapos ang pagbubukas ng kanilang Dairy Box nitong Setyembre 4 sa Brgy. Kablon, Tupi, South Cotabato. Ang naturang pasilidad ay ang pangalawang Dairy Box sa South Cotabato at ang kauna-unahang naipatayo at nagbukas sa Pilipinas sa ilalim ng Coconut-Carabao Development Project o CCDP. Ang CCDP ay proyektong magkaagapay na ipinatutupad ng DA-Philippine Coconut Authority at DA-Philippine Carabao Center para sa kapakanan ng mga magniniyog sa Pilipinas. "Pangatlo kaming kooperatibang inalukan ng PCC at PCA nitong proyekto. Hindi man kami ang first choice, hindi ito dahilan para hindi namin pagbutihin ang aming pinasukang negosyo," ani TIAC Manager Angelita Claudio. Sinariwa rin ni Claudio ang naging karanasan nila upang maipatayo ang Dairy Box. Aniya, dahil sa mga pagsasanay na isinagawa, pagbibigay ng makinarya at mga kalabaw, at ang patuloy na tulong ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno ang nagtulak sa kanilang tanggapin ng buong puso ang proyekto. Labis naman ang naging galak ni DA-PCC at USM Center Director Benjamin John Basilio sa mga inisyatibo ng TIAC upang masimulan ang negosyong salig sa kalabaw. "Tiyak ngang magaling ang TIAC! Hindi pa man naitatayo itong Dairy Box ay gumagawa na sila ng kanilang mga produkto upang masimulan na ang pagpapakilala nito sa publiko," ani Basilio. Naging sentro rin ng mensahe ni PCA Regional Manager Emily A. Lorion ang naging malaking kontribusyon ng mga magniniyog mula sa Buto Small Coconut Farmers Organization ng Tampakan, South Cotabato at Malaya Integrated Farmers Association ng Banga, South Cotabato bilang pinagkukunan ng gatas sa proyektong coconut-carabao. Nagbigay naman ng mensahe at suporta si Senator Cynthia Villar na siyang chairperson ng Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food, and Agrarian Reform. Aniya, nagsisimula siyang magsulat ng batas para sa local livestock, poultry, at dairy industry upang maging competitive ang mga industriyang ito tulad ng sa ibang bansa. Dumalo at nagbigay din ng suporta sa proyekto ang mga kabalikat ng DA-PCC at DA-PCA tulad nina Arthur Go; Marlon Flores mula sa National Dairy Authority ng Southern Mindanao, Juriski B. Mangelen ng Cooperative Development Authority XII, Kirbi Joy S. Garcia ng Department of Agriculture XII, Dr. Flora Bigot ng Provincial Veterinary Office ng South Cotabato, Simona P. Dela Cruz ng Agricultural Training Institute Region XII, Marvin Ganancial ng LandBank Philippines, Marion Candava ng Dole Philippines, at Roszhein Agustin ng Municipal Agriculture Office ng Tupi, South Cotabato. Dahil sa suporta at pagtangkilik ng madla, magiging masinop ang pagtutupi ng TIAC sa kanilang benta mula sa gatas at iba pang produktong gawa sa kalabaw.
