School-Based Feeding Program para sa SY 2025-2026 sa Batac, sisimulan na Jul 2025 None Milk Feeding Program By Ivy Guanzon Pormal nang inilunsad ng Department of Agriculture–Philippine Carabao Center sa Mariano Marcos State University (DA-PCC at MMSU) katuwang ang Schools Division of the City of Batac (SDCB), ang pagpapatupad ng School-Based Feeding Program para sa School Year 2025–2026 sa pamamagitan ng paglagda ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) noong Hulyo 15, 2025 sa Hilario Valdez Memorial Elementary School. Pormal nang inilunsad ng Department of Agriculture–Philippine Carabao Center sa Mariano Marcos State University (DA-PCC at MMSU) katuwang ang Schools Division of the City of Batac (SDCB), ang pagpapatupad ng School-Based Feeding Program para sa School Year 2025–2026 sa pamamagitan ng paglagda ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) noong Hulyo 15, 2025 sa Hilario Valdez Memorial Elementary School. Ang programa ay alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 11037 o ang Masustansyang Pagkain para sa Batang Pilipino Act na matugunan ang kagutuman at malnutrisyon sa mga mag-aaral ng pampublikong paaralan, habang pinapalakas ang kanilang pisikal na kalusugan at kakayahang mag-aral. Aabot sa 960 mga batang mag-aaral mula sa lungsod ng Batac ang target na makinabang sa naturang feeding program, na isasagawa sa loob ng 15 araw simula ngayong Agosto. Dumalo sa naturang aktibidad ang mga opisyal mula sa DA-PCC sa MMSU, SDCB, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), at kinatawan mula sa Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperatives (NSCC), na siyang magiging pangunahing supplier ng gatas na ihahatid sa mga paaralan. Dagdag pa rito, inaasahan ng mga katuwang na ahensya na ang programang ito ay magsisilbing modelo para sa mas pinalawak at pangmatagalang inisyatibo sa nutrisyon sa rehiyon. Ang paglulunsad ng School-Based Feeding Program sa lungsod ng Batac ay patunay ng sama-samang pagkilos ng pamahalaan, paaralan, at pribadong sektor para tugunan ang suliranin sa nutrisyon ng kabataan at palakasin ang edukasyon sa pamamagitan ng kalusugan.
