Villanueva, forged a research and technical innovation collaboration with the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE) during a recent visit to Budapest, Hungary. A memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed to initiate the partnership.

CDP News 14-Apr-2021 PCC, DLD of Thailand strengthen partnership on scientific and technical cooperation Specific areas of cooperation have been identified by the Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) and the Department of Livestock Development (DLD) of Thailand and were agreed upon during the second “Technical Cooperation Meeting (TCM)” by the representatives of the two agencies last July 11-12.
