CDP News 01-Dec-2022 Dairy buffalo production takes center stage thru SOA in Mindanao A total of 519 farmers and dairy buffalo keepers from Southern Mindanao were capacitated on Dairy Buffalo production by Department of Agriculture-Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC) at University of Southern Mindanao (USM) and Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Region XI in a 16-episode School-on-the-Air (SOA) conducted from November to September 2022. They are the third set of graduates in Mindanao since the initial broadcast of said SOA course in 2021.
